    The women's version of Carhartt's popular Gilliam, the CT104314 keeps you working through cold, wet weather in a fit designed for women. A 1.75 oz Cordura nylon shell with Rain Defender and Wind Fighter is quilted to 100-gram insulation for Carhartt's Level 2 warmth rating, in a relaxed fit from XS to 2XL.

    Order it alongside the men's Gilliam (CT102208) to outfit a full team in matching jackets. The Carhartt label is on the left chest map pocket, so the right chest is ideal for an embroidered logo, and the back can carry a company name, decorated in-house.
