We’re family-owned and operated in Orange County, California, serving Orange County and Los Angeles locally. We also ship nationwide for organizations that need consistent quality and reliable production.

What is your typical production turnaround time?

Our standard lead time is about 10 working days for most in-stock decorated orders. Timelines can vary based on item availability, customization, and order size. If you have a firm in-hands date, tell us — we’ll plan around it.

Do you offer rush production?

Yes. Rush options are available depending on product availability and the decoration method. For urgent deadlines, call us with your quantities, artwork, and due date — we’ll confirm what’s possible.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Minimums depend on the product and decoration method. Many projects start around 12 pieces, but we can often accommodate smaller runs with DTF or embroidery. For the best pricing, bulk orders are ideal.

Can you help with design and artwork?

Yes — we have an in-house team that can help clean up logos, create print-ready files, and recommend the best method (screen print, embroidery, or DTF) based on your look, budget, and timeline.

What’s the difference between screen printing, embroidery, and DTF?

Screen printing is best for bold, durable prints and larger quantities. Embroidery is premium for polos, hats, and uniforms. DTF is great for full-color detail, smaller runs, and fast turnaround. We’ll recommend what fits your design and fabric.

Do you offer samples or can we see products in person?
