A lightweight 1.75 oz Cordura nylon shell with Rain Defender and Wind Fighter protection is quilted to 100-gram insulation, so it keeps your torso warm while leaving your arms free to work. It layers easily over a hoodie or flannel.

    The vest is a favorite for corporate outings, sales teams, and site supervisors who want a sharp, branded look. The Carhartt label is on the left chest map pocket, which leaves the right chest open for an embroidered logo, and the back can carry a company name. Everything is decorated in-house.
