    Carhartt's Crowley is a heavyweight soft shell built for supervisors, foremen, and field crews who need real weather protection without the bulk of an insulated parka. The 13.9 oz nylon/spandex shell is bonded to a water-resistant film and a polyester fleece backing, with Rain Defender water repellency and Wind Fighter technology to block gusts. Rugged Flex stretch keeps it easy to move in.

    The Carhartt label sits on the left chest pocket, so the right chest is the natural spot for an embroidered company logo, and the back panel can take a larger embroidered name. We embroider every jacket in-house at our Anaheim shop, making it a premium option for leadership gifts or a top-tier crew uniform.
